Looking to Hire a Virtual Assistant (Full/Part Time)

We’re looking to hire a Virtual Assistant to work as a Mobile Apps Specialist and join a team of high quality human beings, that happen to be entrepreneurs as well, and help us create simple Free and Paid Mobile Apps for Mobile devices like iPads and Smart Phones (iPhone, Android, Windows, Blackberry, etc).
The Apps will be primarily of the “Content Aggregation type”, that is, a collection of relevant information around a central topic, and they will be created by using existing online App Building platforms, so there’s no requirement of having software development experience.
The ideal candidate should have minimum 1 years of experience doing research (Keyword and Content), be fluent in conversational english as well as have strong analytical and organizational skills.
A partial summary of the tasks of the Mobile Apps Specialist include:
- Online research of relevant content for each App’s topic of choice (recommended by us or suggested by the Specialist. Some of the sources of content are RSS Feed directories, blogs, etc.
- Competitive research on online Apps stores and Apps Ranking Analytics websites.
- Keyword research usign Google Adwords tool (or other similar)
- Topics research using tools like Google Insights and/or Google Trends, Youtube Insights and/or Google Trends
- Testing and deploying Apps to App Stores
- Design App images such as App icon, splash page, header image

HIRING PROCESS AND JOB TERMS:
a) We’re looking to hire someone part time or full time, based on experience, salary desired and actual job performance for a minimum period of 3 months.
b) First month will be a trial month. If we see that we can work together well we will hire you for an additional period of 2 months.
c) Continuation of work after the 3rd month is based on job performance and company results.
