Wordpress/CSS/Javascript Customizer Expert (Deep River/Anywhere)

This position is to customize the layout and color of a wordpress theme as well as to install and configure some plugins. We have specs on what it should look like and pictures.
The person applying should be EXCELLENT at CSS/HTML/Javascript/Wordpress.
We need to see examples of custom themes you have created. Do not apply if you are not very very good at this.
We will pay a bonus for quality work.
