Web Designer- Part time or Need basis (Tampa FL)

We are currently seeking a New Web designer who can work on a part time or contract/need basis. First project will begin as soon as we select a designer. Future jobs will be available immediately as we are launching many sites in the months to come. The designer we choose will have the opportunity to become a full time worker or partner for our IM company. Serious applicants, preferably local.
Experience in HTML & CSS
Photoshop/Illustrator (for initial layout/design)
Javascript/JQuery experience
Designing forms and UI for web applications
