To service the instructional design needs of our fast growing global customer base, we are seeking experienced Instructional Designers already certified in SHIFT, or those willing to partner with us to become certified.
Experience Required
? Experience in developing corporate education curriculum
? 5+ years experience with instructional design and course development for eLearning and classroom learning projects for mid to large organizations.
? Ability to apply needs assessment processes to determine required effectiveness of training programs
? Interacting with SME?s to develop specifications for content of courses
? Experience in instructional design and course development for classroom and eLearning projects
? Experience in working with eLearning development teams
? Experience in managing QA and Review cycles
? Demonstrated ability to work meet project deliverables on concurrent projects
? Solid problem solving skills
? Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills a must
Qualifications
? Minimum Shift Practioner Certification completed
? Preferred diploma or certificate in Adult Ed
