Design and code (html, css, javascript) a one page event listing guide (telecommute)

The goal of this project is to create a template for a digital signage application that will display event listings.
I have a rough working prototype of the content and interaction I’d like on the page that I can share with you. I need your help to make it attractive and fully functional.
Since I plan to tweak the design and functionality based on user feedback, additional projects are a very strong possibility.
