RUBY ON RAILS, C++ WIZARD needed to take over a membership site (Seattle)

I have a website that is in need of a new developer that can take our site to the next level. The site was built with Ruby and I believe some C++. I’m no programmer so I don’t know the ins and outs of all programming involved. We also have WordPress pages plugged in. The site sells tangible product and is a cash business. The site is strong but has a few major flaws that we need fixed. We also have some ideas moving forward that will ensure that there will be a continuous, monthly need for work. We are in our 3rd year of business and are a success.
It would be optimum if you could also host the site.
We will pay the typical market rate standards for top notch programming which I believe sits somewhere in the area of $40 to $80 per hour. This will be negotiated case by case.
