HTML, CSS, AJAX, RICHFACES Developer (Anywhere in India)

I am looking for an individual independent ( Companies please do not respond) designer plus developer who can do WEB Application front end work using the following skills.
1. Design HTML Front end using HTML markup, CSS style sheets and Artistic pictures.
2. Apply AJAX and RICHFACES HTML taglib to HTML markup pages.
3. Customize the final HTML pages using AJAX and RICHFACES customizable properties to align with HTML artistic views.
4. Deploy the finalized XHTML pages to a local JBOSS middleware application server to finalize the look and feel.
All BACK end work has already done and will be made available for the developer.
If Developer like to learn back end JAVA they can use this as chance
BUT we need a pro in front end development.
This will be a long term work. Candidate can be located anywhere in India.
