Social Network Community Website needs an experienced and talented freelance Web Designer + Developer

Project:
We are doing a front end redesign (aesthetic and development) of a popular Canadian portal website and need a talented freelance web designer/developer. Our desired theme is Web 2.0 in style and using best practices for SEO and emerging standards for Google Caffeine http://code.google.com/speed/page-speed/ .
Tasks will include theme design, page template coding and html email message template designs.
Expertise Required in:
-Adobe CS3+ (Photoshop, Illustrator etc)
