Flash and action scripts (Anywere)

Are you a flash developer, have an amazing portfolio that shows your skill,. I have an immediate project that need some attention. Please read care fully.
1, take current html tabs and convert to flash, I have an example. sound will be added to each tab
2, the flash header on www.ncm.com need to recreate that with current client jpegs and info
If you can not do it exactly like www.ncm.com we are not interested
I will not be paying anything until it is complete. you dont have to turn it over to me until i pay but I will send the money western union on completion.
