Contract Web Project (Central/Southwest Wisconsin)

I have a small business with a website which needs to be expanded. The project will be done in asp.net, and it needs to connect to a visual basic program, with a sequel server database. I own a livestock feed business, so some ag background would be helpful, but not required. I have an experienced person who will help oversee the project.
