Looking for Candidate for SEO/SEM work remote OK. (Fort Lee, NJ)

NJModern is looking for a candidate who can take on the SEO/SEM responsibilities for my business www.njmod.com and the creation and promotion of 2 other web sites. It is a paying gig but I am looking for a candidate who is interested in the success of our organization and is ok with not making a lot of money at first. Student or part-timer ideal.
Some of the job requirements:
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of all social media aspects, including but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Creation of monthly newsletters and electronic event calendar
Graphic design for advertisements, flyers, and banners Website design, SEO, and E-commerce incorporation Creation and publication of weekly educational articles that are published
onto major websites such as Digg and StumbleUpon
Creation and maintenance of adwords campaigns
Graphic design elements for a new NYC showroom (same type of stuff but we need logos and print materials for a new company and name).
