Website Tech Needed (Lincoln, NE)

Looking for someone who would like to make a few extra dollars setting up a real estate website. The site will be very basic and can use a template. Must have a lead capture screen and would prefer to be intergraded into the IDX system for the Lincoln area MLS system. My budget is fixed.
