Web Design, Develop and Hosting (Dayton)

I am hoping to turn my hobby into a small business. My small business has to do with local travel and locally produced goods. I have seen sites built using Joomla, WordPress and TypePad that I like. I am in need of a clean and sleek looking website in which to blog, post images, advertise, sell products w/shopping cart and build a community around. Am interested in built-in SEO and Google analytics. I am interested in web hosting and on-going support as well.
Fair warning: my budget is not big - at all, in fact it is very small - but I figure it doesn’t hurt to ask for what I want. I am willing to work on several mini-projects to build up to what I need.
In keeping with my local ideals, I am only interested in Ohio designers and developers.
