Joomla Template Developer - Freelance (Frederick, MD)

Graphic Designer seeks web programmer to produce Joomla templates from Photoshop documents.
I have various clients who are interested in Joomla sites but I have grown weary of the customizing the stock Joomla templates that are available. I would like someone that can take my designs and produce Joomla templates that are content/module-ready. I want to be able to offer CMS to my clients but I really would prefer to do the design and let the programmers do their magic.
A few considerations:
1. I need someone on a freelance basis that is available during the day for consult. Work would be done in your office.
2. I am looking to establish a relationship for future projects
3. I will need prices to be quoted on a project basis for budgeting
4. I would like the person to be available occasionally to meet with clients concerning the project. Most of my clients are in the DC/Baltimore area.
5. I am not interested in outsourcing overseas so please do not respond.
6. Work would need to be done in a very timely, deadline oriented manor.
7. Other work possible developing tableless, non-CMS sites from my designs as well.
Please respond with a price range for this kind of work, resume, and examples of similar work. References would be ideal.
