PHP developer needed, Drupal preferred (Shawnee, KS)

We are the nation’s largest vinyl banner e-commerce company, HalfPriceBanners.com. We are looking for a developer for a brand-new wholesale banner website. We have designed all the layouts in-house and will provide you with all necessary graphics, copy, and site structure - we just need someone to code the site.
We would prefer to have the site coded in Drupal if possible. Due to time constraints, we’re willing to accept PHP and CSS instead, but no custom CMSs. Regardless of code structure, we need to have one file that contains all pricing for 4 different products with several options each. The website will consist of about 20 pages of text and graphics, plus a My Account area and a custom Shopping Cart that will need to work with our Payflow Gateway.
On the approximately 20 text-and-graphic pages, all information is static except for pricing - we will be displaying two prices on every page of the site that need to be updated from one single pricing file. We need to have this site live no later than the end of February and would like to find someone who can start work the week of February 8.
Please send your resume and links to at least 5 sample e-commerce websites you have developed. If the sites were developed as a team, please be sure to clarify exactly which parts you worked on. Qualified applicants will receive a more detailed description of the work so they can respond with bids and timelines. The chosen developer will need to come to our Shawnee, KS location in order to visit with web design personnel in order to facilitate faster development of the site, but will work off-site / telecommute.
