Freelance Designers, Programmers, web geeks (Colorado Springs)

I am the same guy who posted for freelancers in the Programming area as well, so just responding to one of these will be fine.
Independantly, we can only bid on small projects that may or may not yield actual cash in a timely fashion. It is my intention to pull together the freelance proffessionals in or near Colorado Springs and make use of an exceptional salesman to sell LARGE PROJECTS from which we all earn our share of the income. What we need is:
At least 3 more programmers, I could use at least one that is focused in the LAMP arena as it does sort of widen our market. Right now we have .NET covered, but more is good too.
At least 2 very talented graphic designers. 1 focused primarily in designing websites in photoshop and 1 focused in print media design (so that we can give the sales people something to show large companies). I would preffer to have more designers, but I don’t want to bring in so many that there is insufficient work to go around.
At least 1 project manager
At least 1 Nix admin (I got windows admin covered unless someone wants to handle that too)
At least 1 PM, someone to interact with clients, gather requirements and present work.
Someone who can cover multiple areas is obviously welcome.
This is a proposal for an aliance of sorts. We would function as a business entity but we are collectively our own employers. The idea is that if we work together, we should be able to make as much or more money than we would from a regular 8-5 job. Once we get a pretty solid team together, we will formalize our relationship and produce a monetary distrobution system that should insure that everyone feels safe knowing that they will be paid for their share of the work.
