Seek Technical Help Setting Up GSP Application on Website + iphone app (No Specific Location Required)

I am seeking technical assistance to create a way to track objects on a map on a website I am creating. The map will need to track around 20 different objects as they move throughout the day, and I need the application to update that map automatically. The webiste is being created through wordpress. I am open to somehow having the technology somehow link to the iphone capabilities but it also needs to work with other gps technology as well (and you would need to recommend something that is cheap and off the shelf that we could use on the objects). I am also interested in creating an iphone app with this same technology but that is not as critical.
I need to see examples of similar projects that you have done before, and be able to talk with references who are using your finished product. Also, please provide a proposed cost for the GPS application and a separate cost for creating the iphone app. I would like this work to be completed in the next several weeks if possible.
