Need Website Redesign and Pamphlets (Raleigh)

We are looking for someone to take our current website and put it into a template that we can update. We are interested in Homestead, Word Press, or templates from a website that we can change when needed. We are not interested in Dreamweaver templates. Seeking someone who can design some pamphlets for our services also. Only interested in U.S. inquiries due to time zone differences.
