Looking for Website Update and Promotional Materials (Charlotte)

Seeking someone who can take a current website and move it into a template that can be updated by the customer. We are looking for something from Word Press, Homestead, or some other template from a website that can be easily updated. Not interested in Dreamweaver templates. We also want someone to create some marketing materials such as a brochure or pamphlet on our current services. Interested only in inquiries from the United States because of time zone differences.
