PHP MySQL Developer (Downtown)

Small ad agency downtown is looking for a freelance developer to assist with projects developed in PHP with MySQL. Our applications are developed with PHPcake platform and Smarty Templates.
Experience with front end development is a huge plus, including AJAX, Javascript, CSS, XHTML, and cross browser functionality. Must develop with SEO friendly techniques, and have a problem solving mind.
We are a fun office filled with creatives, and are looking for someone to field technical questions and communicate on occasion with our clients directly. We are also looking for a person to complement our design team by showing us what can and can’t be done technically on the web. We are a Mac office, and would like the candidate to have experience with both Mac and PC platforms. Must be forward thinking, creative, and have a flexible schedule.

This job is freelance position, and can be done from home. We will ask you to come into the office from time to time, but most of the work can be done on your own time.
The position is hourly, and is estimated to be about 10 hours a week to start.
