Contract Web Programmer/Designer (California)

Boutique Website Services Company accepting resumes for contract programmers.
We are looking to add an additional person to our contract programmer list to use for projects on a per project / contract basis.
You must be professional, with solid references. Ideally looking for someone with ALL of the following skills
- HTML/XTML programming expert
- PhP programming expert
- Flash programming expert
- Design Skills - Photoshop/Illustrator
- Ability to complete small website projects (5-8 pages), including composite design
and programming without using WYSWIG editors (dreamweaver, etc).
- Wordpress installation as CMS
Must be U.S. based , prefer west coast or pacific time zone
