Demonstrated competency and professionalism required. Must be able to commit full effort for at least one month and possibly more thereafter. Must have at least undergraduate degree or higher in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field, and at least 5 years professional experience. San Antonio and surrounding area highly preferred. If not in San Antonio, must be willing to travel to San Antonio at own expense for intensive consultation and to work with the system developer.
