Need a nerd for internet marketing (Metro Detroit)

I need a nerd that knows a lot about search engine optimization, craigslist ad posting, as well as other free community internet advertising stuff like backpage, kiji, etc. I need at least 150 craigs list ads posted twice daily and I need someone who can show me how to do it correctly without getting flagged for spam or overpost.
