Design or Fix my photography website (Grand Canyon)

My website is in need of some help. Unfortunately the web developer will not respond to any of my emails. Currently my site does not work on a mac. I love the layout but because it is flash it also doesnt run well on the iphone. I am looking for someone to fix these problems as well as make some content adjustments. It may just be better to start fresh with a new site. I want a clean simple design that I am able to maintain on my own.
