Looking for a skilled web graphic designer to work on projects for a few hours per week.
Not seeking:
People who have designed only 1 or 2 websites (ie: the one for your church)
People outside the U.S.
Anyone who requires constant hand holding
Anyone who has a problem filling out a w9 or doesn’t know what that is
People who think Dreamweaver is a design tool
