Web designer needed (Metro Detroit)

Japapa is a locally created company working to establish global impact. The founder was born and raised in Oakland County and would like to support a strong web designer from the area. We are looking for a web designer (CCS education preferred) in search of contract work. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality contracts will be required.
Responsibilities:
Design website functionality: Product detail pages, category pages, transactional email
Produce HTML frameworks from these design mockups
Design and produce sales and content newsletters (Silverpop interface)
Help produce site and product images when needed
Requirements:
2+ years demonstrated experience designing and producing standards-compliant XHTML/CSS
Ability to create a HTML framework from a design mockup
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Drupal theming experience a big plus
Experience with AJAX or a Javascript package (Scriptaculous/JQuery) a plus
Experience with iPhone applications a plus.
