Site with database/CMS system needed for online retail store (Los Angeles county)

Looking for a skilled, responsible, and professional team that can set up a database driven CMS website, user friendly in the front and back end. This is an online retail store. It is very important that the owner of the site, who has some computer knowledge, but is not a programmer or web builder, can manage all aspects of the site, including uploading pictures, videos, etc.
The admin panel must be easy to manage and SEO ready. The content, videos and images must be easy-to-upload and manage. This is a graphic-heavy site and the owner of the site will be changing out graphics at least twice per week.
You must be confident in setting up a professional-looking site and creating a flawless CMS system and database. You will also be responsible for the initial upload of all content and configuring the site on the server. Ideally, nothing would be ?built from scratch.? I?d like to use an existing CMS program and database and simply add modules to fit the specific needs of this business.
As mentioned, this website is an online retail store featuring women?s clothing and accessories. Overall, it will be a five-template design. The site that we most want it to resemble is Intermixonline.com. We?d also like to have some of the same features as PeterPauper.com. Additionally, we?d love for you to suggest new features. Please visit the site and do a thorough browsing to get a grasp of what is needed.
The site must include
- The pre-existing shopping cart already created for the business;
- ?Suggested items? section based on tags (Example: if a gold tank top is chosen, all other items with a description containing ?gold? will show up as suggested items);
-Linkable thumbnail pictures of all products within a category;
-Product comparison feature (user click check box next to each product and press compare button to compare selected products);
-SEO urls;
-Contact form with captcha or other spam protection;
- Other suggested features you may have;
- Meta data, heading tags and titles, sitemap, etc. and all SEO gadgets needed for indexing;
-Quick loading speed and amazing SEO features.
Experience required:
-Please have at least 3-5 years of experience building CMS systems and databases. In particular I?d love to see at least two retail sites on which you?ve worked;
-At least 2 years of experience with PHP;
-At least 1 year of experience with Wordpress;
-At least 1 year of experience with SQL;
-Some basic design experience.
Characteristics required:
-Extremely organized
-Efficient and aware of due dates; (This project has a quick turn-around time. The sites needs to be 100 percent complete and thoroughly checked by August 10 for a product launch.)

-Communicative. Must be available to speak via phone or email during regular work hours.
