Looking for a creative HTML designer (Remote)

I am looking for a creative html designer to design our website. You should be well versed in writing syntactically correct html, good knowledge of style sheets (.css) and little bit of java script. I will help you with java script but you should at least know the basics. The most important requirement I have is that you must be a great html designer who can design a great looking site and you must use style sheets in your design rather than inline styles.
