HTML CSS coder needed on project basis (Vancouver Area, BC)

Some help needed for completing a current project with the possibility for continous cooperation in the future. What we already need is making changes to the existing css based html pages and building new pages and new graphics. Everything must be absolutely SE friendly.
Requirements:
1. good knowledge and experience in html/css coding and html , graphic design;
2. must be able to follow the existing theme, format and inspiration;
3. the pages will be used for displaying dynamic content so experience to build the CMS oriented pages is a must;
4. familiarity with .Net templates is an advantage but not required for this job;
5. all work must be done at your own premise;
6. local applicants in Vancouver area (BC) are highly preferred;
