Website Programming and Development (Houston,TX)

We are in need of a php/asp programmer to develop a site that pulls data from our vendors and displays it on our site. We would also like to allow users to make offers or bids for our vendor’s products directly from the site with tracking and allow our vendors to log in and control the options they offer.
We are trying to get the process streamlined into a user friendly web 2.0 experience so we can easily connect consumers to our vendors products and services.
