Web Development Project Manager (all)

We are a ten year old web design and development company. Our clients are mid-to-large size companies spanning diverse industries across the U.S. We are seeking an individual with strong web development and project management skills. Acting as an advocate for our customers as well as a liaison between the development team, the Technical Project Manager ensures projects are completed within deadline and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
> Gather requirements and interact directly with clients
> Analyze complex specifications and proposals, identify key issues, and recommend sensible technical and coding solutions
> Competently manage a projects success, working directly with design and programming
> Communicates effectively in both verbal (i.e. day-to-day discussions, project team meetings, requirements/project meetings, etc.) and written (requirements and design specifications documents, code development, project status reports, technical documentation, etc.) form
> With minimal or no direction, perform complex assignments with an emphasis on detail and quality
> Meet project deadlines
> Establish yourself as the technical expert in understanding and implementing the latest trends, applications, best practices and emerging technologies
> Intervene and personally code projects in necessary situations
> Write documentation as needed
> Ability to schedule and work on multiple projects at the same time
> Remain flexible in changing development and hosting environments
Required Qualifications:
> 3+ years of web development and programming experience
> Excellent programming, code development, code debugging and testing skills, troubleshooting skills, and experience with numerous operating systems, development environments, programming languages and architectures. Expert development skills across a range of technologies such as HTML/XHTML/DHTML/WAP, CSS, PHP, .NET, MS SQL, MySQL, AJAX/Javascript, XML/XSLT, RSS, etc.
> Understanding of cross-browser issues and Web Standards. Understanding web development/software development best practices.
> Proven track record of launching interactive websites/applications and ability to develop applications across multiple complex environments with varying configurations
Desired Qualifications:
> BS degree or advanced degree in Computer Science
> Experience with content management systems and social networking functionality
