Drupal Programmer (TX)

In need of an INDIVIDUAL(S) (no companies), US Based Drupal Programmer able to provide quick turn-arounds (I.E. Time efficient/Speed Demon that still outputs quality functionality).
Part-time/flexible hours (approximately 15-20 hours a week), full telecommuting, flexible work schedule, must communicate via Skype daily.
Looking for long-term ?employees? who wouldn?t mind acting only as Part-Time until we further establish ourselves as a company (LLC), as we?re rapidly and stably growing. Once this milestone happens, we would like official full-time status.

Skill Requirements:
* Drupal development experience - intermediate-advanced
* Implement views, blocks, panels, CCK, other common modules to achieve speficied functionality
* Able to create an entire, functional website via Drupal
* Understanding of Drupal structure, abilities, potential and limitations
* Quick Turn Arounds/Time Efficient!
* Loyal/Dedication/Honest/Reliable
* Friendly and easy to get along with, sense of humor is required
Desired Skills (not required, but a plus):
* Custom module programming/development (not required, but a plus)
* Modifying themes, creating new themes (not required, but a plus)
* Intermediate PHP skills (not required, but a plus)
* Graphic Design experience (not required, but a plus)
* Intermediate CSS skills (not required, but a plus)
* Intermediate Javascript/AJAX skills (not required, but a plus)
Communication Requirements:
* Must be available via Skype at least 6 hours every day, even if you’re not working so you can:
1) Be on call for assignment of tasks and emergencies
2) Submit status reports or roadblocks
