BUSINESS YELLOW PAGES PROGRAMMER/DESIGNER WANTED (New Hampshire)

I am looking for a script similar to yell.com / yellow pages
This must be a script that already exists, I’m not asking you to build a whole
new website for me.
Must be customisable and easy to use.
This is not just a directory site, it should also allow members to build their
own micro-sites as part of my site. So the main site would be
www.sitenamehere.com, a company called ‘ABC Cars’ want a directory listing and
they’ll have a choice of a free listing, a sponsored listing (appears first in
the list, and as an advertisement on other pages, or a micro-site. This will
allow them to have the website www.sitenamehere.com/ABCCars. This micro site
would be basic, created by completing some forms for information and selecting
which pages they want their site to have.
The website must be able to pay by paypal.
I’m looking for a fairly quick turnaround on this project, and with a script
that already exists. It’s not as complicated as the yellow pages website, much
more basic.
